Subject: [PATCH 03/40] SPI: MIPS: lantiq: set SPI_MASTER_HALF_DUPLEX flag
Due to hardware limitations of the spi/flash frontend of the EBU we need to set
the SPI_MASTER_HALF_DUPLEX flag.
