2010-07-13tools/firmware-utils: enhance mktplinkfw utilityjuhosg

struct combining the elements so that it is no longer necessary to create an openwrt-only tagid and tagcrc, and elimate the tagid detection and switch statements which made dealing with imagetags overly complicated, especially since the logic would need analogs in all code that touched the imagetag. Stays closer to the stock firmware by using wrt350n.bin for the created image. Adds the possibility to create the image in two separate steps (-b / -z). Makefiles now support the possibility to include a u-boot image for a 100%-stock-like image.
