2011-04-12generic: rtl8366{s,rb}: remove the PHY driver.juhosg
Since the PHY driver is only used for the WAN port and there is virtually no difference between it and the generic PHY driver, we can sefely remove it. If your ISP is pushing their own DSL equipment (which many do to contain support costs), they won't be forthcoming with your various settings: encapsulation, VPI/VCI, etc. These you might have to discover yourself. The easiest way to do this is with atmdiag and atmdump.
