RN102, RN902 need to be isolated resistor packs
I wrote down the wrong Digikey number for some reason.
The original suggestion was correct, and my LCSC Alt number is also OK.

FIRE HAZARD: C222, C223, C406, C408 are underspecified!
C222, C223, C406, C408 stabilise the +12V and -12V lines.
However, the JLCPCB part used up until now is specified only up to 10V,
which means that it will burn at some point.
This removes the JLCPCB part and adds an LCSC order number instead.
JLCPCB BOM updated to match.
JLCPCB ZIP no longer contains BOM and POS files.
