v04: Change resistors to 470 Ohm, late A500 LED colours

200 Ohm are the original value seen on an A500 keyboard, but with modern
0805 LEDs this ends up too bright.

The JLCPCB/LCSC part numbers for the SMD LEDs are now:
 - Power: green
 - Drive: yellow
